Drug use in adolescents is a social problem that demands internal and external conflicts at home. But it must be taken into account that one of the reasons why adolescents carry out this practice is the family, since there is no healthy family bond and this also generates conflicts in society, since many of these young people who consume tend to commit a crime or commit another type of transgression. The purpose of this study is to identify the origin that causes an adolescent to currently consume drugs. After investigating these causes in depth, we will be able to prevent the consequences that in this case would be a drug-dependent adolescent. All this was done with the purpose of contributing to the comprehensive development of young people and allowing them to project themselves into a better future with goals and objectives that help their personal growth. In order to carry out this research, the help of a CETAD (anonymous) was requested where 3 life stories were made that contributed positively to my research. Therefore, the respective interview was carried out with the local social worker, which helped us understand the intervention carried out in these rehabilitation centers. The results obtained from this research confirmed that family conflicts are the cause of drug use in adolescents, many of them report how difficult this process has been for them and even more so because they do not have the support and trust of their family.

This research focused on adolescent sexuality, with special emphasis on ethics, consent, and respect in affective interactions during adolescence. The purpose was to analyze the literature on holistic sexual education in teenagers, highlighting its importance in promoting responsible and respectful behaviors among youth. To achieve this objective, a systematic review methodology was employed, analyzing scientific studies published between 2017 and 2023. Data collection was conducted through Google Scholar, Scopus, and PubMed, using key terms such as "youth sexuality," "consent," "ethics in adolescence," and "comprehensive sexual education." A total of 18 relevant studies were selected, including theoretical analyses and systematic reviews. The most significant findings indicated that affective-sexual education plays a fundamental role in mitigating risky behaviors such as pornography consumption and prostitution among adolescents, by fostering affective relationships based on mutual respect and consent. Moreover, it was determined that social and cultural factors, as well as personality traits, influence the way young people experience and perceive their sexuality. The research concluded that comprehensive sexual education not only enhances understanding of sexual and reproductive rights but also promotes the formation of healthier and more conscious relationships among adolescents, contributing to overall well-being during this developmental stage.

Numerous studies have been conducted regarding minors and social media. However, this research employs a comprehensive approach, analysing all aspects from classic issues such as violations of the right to honour, personal and family privacy, and the image rights of children and adolescents, to the overexposure of children by their parents on social media (sharenting). It also covers the emergence of kidfluencers and other current concerns, such as the latest developments in covert advertising and the creation of digital profiles, as well as the protection of personal data from a dual perspective: children as subjects entitled to protection and as potential infringers of the rights to protection held by others.
